Do you charge extra fees for technology or case costs?

We never charge you for the AI or software tools we use to work on your case. Some firms charge clients an additional $150–$700 or more for AI tools on top of their high percentage fee. At VENYX, we absorb those costs because we believe technology is a cost of doing business, not a way to extract more money from injured clients.

What happens if we have to file a lawsuit?

If your case requires litigation (filing a lawsuit), our fee adjusts to 33%. This is still significantly lower than the industry standard, where litigation fees typically jump to 40%. This means that whether your case settles early or goes to court, you always keep a higher percentage of your settlement with VENYX.
